Melissa Weller joined Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds as Director, Industry Relations and Program Management in 2021.

Since joining Healthy Heads, Melissa has led the development and delivery of initiatives including the Healthy Heads Nutrition Program, Healthy Heads Road Show outreach events, and tools and resources to support businesses to create psychologically safe and thriving workplaces.

In previous roles, Melissa has worked in the road safety sector managing road safety projects and campaigns.

Part of this time was spent as Safety, Health and Wellbeing Director at the ATA. Here, Melissa led the evidence-based design of SafeT360, a major safety exhibition and campaign that ran from 2019 to 2023. She also managed TruckSafe, the ATA’s comprehensive safety accreditation scheme that considers the technical and mechanical aspects of industry safety and addresses human safety factors.
