Adam Foster is a partner in the employment and safety team at Collins, Biggers and Paisley Lawyers.

Adam advises his clients on policies and contracts, unfair dismissals, workplace investigations, general protections disputes, enterprise bargaining, modern slavery compliance, underpayment reviews, and disputes in industries including education, health, construction, manufacturing and professional services.

Adam was admitted to practice in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honours in employment law) and a Bachelor of Arts.
