Des has been with Knorr-Bremse for the past 4 years as part of the local engineering testing and development team. Holding his Heavy Combination truck licence, Des knows first-hand how critical electronic safety systems are, especially for our largest, highest, heaviest and longest combinations.

Des currently works with the team to test trailer braking circuits, complete brake calculations and test vehicles to comply with the latest Australian Design Rules locally. Des was also heavily involved in the release of the Knorr-Bremse iMass On Board Mass system, a world first in Smart On Board Mass technology utilising existing Truck Trailer communication channels.
