Sam is the Transport and Infrastructure Adviser at the Australian Trucking Association with responsibility for policy development and advice on transport, infrastructure and related policy issues. This includes a focus on road infrastructure investment, planning and pricing, heavy vehicle access and productivity, and vehicle technology for reducing emissions.
He has led the development of the ATA’s policy recommendations for zero emission trucks. Sam has a background in policy, parliamentary process, government and urban and transport planning policy.
Sam has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies, is an affiliate member of the Planning Institute of Australia and a member of the PIA NSW transport network.
