With the support of Teletrac Navman, the ATA has run a diversity and inclusion program since 2020. It’s the right thing to do. And we know that attracting employees from non-traditional backgrounds is a key to fixing the industry’s workforce shortage.

In this session, you’ll hear how our diversity ambassadors have championed and leveraged inclusive workplace practices to attract and keep amazing employees.

We’ll also share some updates from our InRoads Diversity and Inclusion program including inclusive recruitment tool kits and toolbox talks.
