TICKETS

Can I buy tickets offline?
No, you will have to purchase tickets via our registration website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?​
Yes, however it is subject to availability.

How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email with tickets attached for the event. You will be required to present it on the day for the Events Team to check you in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference Registrations

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her/their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Registrations cancelled 31 days or more before the start of the event are eligible for a 70% refund of the conference ticket fees paid.
  • Registrations cancelled fewer than 31 days before the start of the event are NOT eligible for a refund of the conference ticket fees paid.

Accommodation

Please note that each hotel has its own payment and cancellation policies. Kindly read them carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations must be made in writing to registrations@accommodationlink.com.au before the hotel’s cut-off date.

PAYMENT

Do I have to pay up front when I book online/can I receive an invoice?​
Yes, we require full payment upon purchasing a ticket. We do not issue invoices for tickets.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

ATTENDANCE

Is there an age limit on who can attend?
While we do not enforce an age limit, due to the activities at our events we recommend attendees are at least 18 years old. If you have caring responsibilities and need to bring a child with you, please email us at ataevents@truck.net.au so we can support your attendance.

Special Access Requirements
If you have any special access requirements, please contact us at ataevents@truck.net.au upon registration and we can make necessary arrangements to enable your attendance to this event.

What if I have dietary requirements?​
Please inform us of any dietary requirements you have so we can accommodate your needs; you can advise us upon registering for our event.

What is the dress code for events? Am I required to wear my uniform?
Our preferred dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual, but you are more than welcome to wear your organisation’s uniform instead if that is your preference.

Our social events are a chance to get out and get stylish after three years of lockdowns. For the Castrol Awards Dinner, the dress code is business suit/after five.
