Darcy Shepherd holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University. His expertise is in FEA, data acquisition, heavy vehicle swept path analysis and comprehension of engineering drawings.

Darcy works for Smedley’s Engineers, joining the team in 2021 after completing his studies. He has worked on several notable industry projects including on road train coupling loads and trailer chassis stress analysis.

A true enthusiast in the automotive field, Darcy also works on weekends for a renowned motorsport company as a performance engineer.
