Dr Geoff Allan is the Austroads Chief Executive and Managing Director of Transport Certification Australia (TCA).

Austroads is the association of Australian and New Zealand transport agencies and TCA is a subsidiary of Austroads.

Geoff is Vice-President of the world road association, PIARC. He also serves on the Council of the Centre for Professional Engineering Education (CPEE).

Geoff has a bachelor’s degree in town planning, a master’s degree in social science, and a PhD in public sector management.

Geoff is a passionate Brisbane Lions supporter.
