Alex is passionate about heavy vehicle braking and road safety after working for Knorr-Bremse for the past 6 years. Alex leads the engineering team at Knorr-Bremse and is responsible for compliance, technical solutions and ensuring new and current products are fit for the Australian and New Zealand Market.

During his time at Knorr-Bremse, Alex has maintained a constant dedication to upskilling in his field including completion of the New Zealand HVEK Brake Certifiers course and recently a trip to Europe to develop his knowledge in the EBS 5 & 7 Braking platforms utilised on many European Prime Movers and Trucks.

Having spent much time testing and developing Driver Assistance Systems such as Fusion Advanced Braking and Electronic Stability Program, Alex is excited to share some findings and insights with the conference which are of benefit to our local market and improving road safety in Australia.
