With 20 years’ experience, Leigh’s passion and dedication to the road transport industry is inherited from three generations of transport linage. Since 2007, Leigh has served Ron Finemore Transport in workshop management, Line haul operations, procurement and business analytics positions delivering safe reliable outcomes with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
In his current position within fleet management, Leigh is responsible for all fleet maintenance operations including all company workshops and external service provides nationally.
Working closely beside the Chief of Fleet and Maintenance Officer, Leigh’s hands-on approach coupled with his broad transport and technical skill set enable him to implement reliability focused preventative maintenance strategies ensuring equipment safety and uptime.
