Associate Professor Ross Iles is the Chief Research Officer at SuperFriend. Before joining SuperFriend, Ross served as the Deputy Director of the Healthy Working Lives Research Group in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University.

Driven by a desire to positively impact the health of as many people as possible, Ross began his career in physiotherapy and now conducts research to inform policy and practice related to workplace health and wellbeing.

An expert in data analysis, Ross has extensive knowledge of SuperFriend’s Indicators of a Thriving Workplace annual survey findings on the status of Australian workplace mental health.

He is a distinguished researcher in work health, with experience in both academic and professional research fields.
