Prior to joining Cummins, Troy was a technician in the light vehicle automotive industry for 15 years. After upskilling to a heavy Diesel Fitter qualification, he worked as a field service technician in the mining industry (central Queensland) for next 3 years.

In 2013, Troy started with Cummins Brisbane as a field service technician and spent most of this tenure supporting On-highway, Mining, Marine and Power Generation products for the next 9 years.

Troy then moved onto the role in 2022 of Technical Trainer – HMLD Northern region and has since been educating our workforce, dealers and customers to improve their technical capabilities and skill levels.

Earlier this year Troy took over the role of Field Service Engineer-HMLD Northern Region, providing technical and hands on support to Cummins internal Branch network as well as our Dealers and Customers.
