Dennis is the Group General Manager of AJM Transport in Newcastle, where he oversees 340 pieces of equipment and 150 staff. Dennis has been involved in the transport industry for more than 25 years, ever since he left school at 16 to pursue an apprenticeship and work his way through the ranks to become a fleet maintenance manager at age 20. 

Dennis is the Chair of the ATA’s Industry Technical Council and is a member of the TMC 24 program committee.

He was awarded the Craig Roseneder Award for Technical and Maintenance Excellence in 2020.
