Tickets

Can I buy tickets offline?
No, you will have to purchase tickets via our registration website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?​
Yes, however is subject to availability.

How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email with tickets attached for the event. You will be required to present it on the day for the Events Team to check you in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Conference Registrations

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her/their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Registrations cancelled more than 31 days before the start of the event are eligible for a 70% refund of the conference ticket fees paid.

Accommodations

Cancellations made within the below cut-off dates must be made in writing to registrations@accommodationlink.com.au

Any booking or individual night/s cancellations within 90 days of arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation (100%) amount, charged by the hotel to the card on file.

Please note that once the booking is finalised and confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled. Name changes will be accepted. All other changes will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the hotel.

A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.

Payment

Do I have to pay up front when I book online/can I receive an invoice?​
Yes, we require full payment upon purchasing a ticket.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

 

COVID-19

What is Trucking Australia doing about COVID-19?
Delegates must follow QLD Health guidelines and follow COVID Safe practices when attending Trucking Australia conference. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. If you can no longer attend due to COVID-19, contact us at ataevents@truck.net.au

Attendance

Is there an age limit on who can attend?
While we do not enforce an age limit, due to the activities at our events we recommend attendees are at least 18 years old. If you have caring responsibilities and need to bring a child with you, please email us at ataevents@truck.net.au so we can support your attendance.

Special Access Requirements
If you have any special access requirements, please contact us at ataevents@truck.net.au upon registration and we can make necessary arrangements to enable your attendance to this event.

What if I have dietary requirements?​
Please inform us of any dietary requirements you have so we can accommodate your needs; you can advise us upon registering for our event.

What is the dress code for events? am I required to wear my uniform?

The dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual, but you are more than welcome to wear your organisation’s uniform.

Our social events are a chance to get out and catch up with old and new friends.

  • Welcome Drinks – Beachy with thongs.
  • Local Showcase Dinner – Casual Dinner, we suggest you wear flats.
  • ATA Foundation Sponsors Awards Gala Dinner  – Lounge Suit / Cocktail.

What should I bring with me to the conference sessions?

Everything you need in relation to the event will be provided for you on the day (i.e. workbook, pen, notepad etc.)
