You will receive a confirmation email with tickets attached for the event. You will be required to present your email on the day for the Events Team to check you in. 

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply: 

• Registrations cancelled up until 7 days before the event are still eligible for a 70% refund of the conference ticket fees paid. 
• No refund is available for registrations that are cancelled fewer than 7 days prior to the event. 

Yes, we require full payment upon purchasing a ticket. 

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

While we do not enforce an age limit, we recommend that attendees are at least 18 years old. If you have caring responsibilities and need to bring a child with you, please email us at ataevents@truck.net.au so we can support your attendance.

If you have any special access requirements, please contact us at ataevents@truck.net.au upon registration and we can make necessary arrangements to enable your attendance to this event.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements you have so we can accommodate your needs; you can advise us upon registering for our event.

The dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual, but you are more than welcome to wear your organisation’s uniform. 

Our social events are a chance to get out and catch up with old and new friends.

Everything you need in relation to the event will be provided for you on the day (i.e. workbook, pen, notepad etc.)
