Conditions of Entry
In submitting this nomination, the person making the nomination affirms they have complied with the following conditions of entry:
The award is open to any individual female which operates full-time in the Australian trucking industry.
Nominations can be made by anyone, but self-nominations will not be accepted.
Two signed references from authoritative sources must accompany the nomination.
Nominations for this award close 8 March 2024 at 4pm AEDT and will not be accepted after the closing date.
Selection Criteria
This section is an integral part of the judging process. The ATA along with the National Trucking Awards Judging Panel encourage and urge nominators to provide detailed responses to each section and to pay close attention to the requirements for supporting documents and files.
Personal Attributes & Work Experience
- Describe the person’s character, personality and interests
- Career History – list employers, years served, and position held
Demonstrated Contribution to the Industry
- Demonstrate a long-term involvement and/or background in the trucking industry.
- Demonstrate clear dedication, commitment and support to the industry through their contribution.
- Demonstrate a proven commitment to raising both community and industry awareness of trucking.
- A reputation for a high level of integrity, positive influence and professionalism in the trucking industry as a whole.
Supporting Documents and Files
Nominations must be accompanied by a good quality, electronic photograph that can be used for publicity purposes.
Nominations must include signed references in the form of formal letters of support for the nominee with the name, business name and contact details of the referee
Nominations may include additional documents pertaining to achievements, awards or honours which the nominee has received with direct relevance to the award they are being nominated for.
Judging process
Finalists may be required to participate in a teleconference with the judging panel in March.

Prize
A one-week international travel package for the winner and their partner to visit the Cummins factory in the United States. Return airfares, accommodation, transfers and meals to the value of $10,000 +GST are included in the prize package.
The winner will also be hosted to attend Trucking Australia the following year, including the ATA Foundation Sponsors’ Gala Awards Dinner.
