Kym Kolar is the Principal Insights Analyst at the National Transport Commission. She provides economic advice and analytical insights to support national transport reforms. This includes leading the build and development of NTC’s economic models and land transport reform evaluations.

Kym has advised governments and organisations globally on economic policies and built regulatory models in various industries for over 20 years.

The NTC has recently published the Electric Bus Evaluation. As part of the ITMM Decarbonisation of Transport Working Group, Kym’s research will assist the working group on the future of transport decarbonisation.
