Kylie Flower has been a senior facilitator with Wisdom Learning for the past three years, after serving for nearly 30 years as a sworn police officer including in SES roles in learning and development, aviation and forensics.

Kylie holds master’s degrees in leadership and education, as well as post graduate qualifications in project management and security risk management. Her career highlights include a three-year posting to Hong Kong, managing a learning facility in Indonesia and leading the AFP College for four years.

Kylie has facilitated the Daimler Truck Future Leaders’ Forum for the ATA since 2021.
