Shayne is a highly accomplished professional serving as the Director of Product and Performance at Volvo Group Australia. With a career spanning over 15 years within the Volvo organization, in various support and managerial positions.

In his current role, Shayne’s responsibilities encompass strategic planning and oversight of product management for Volvo and UD Trucks, Volvo Structure, multi-branded Vehicle Efficiency, and Driver Development. His influence extends beyond the borders of Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, as he also provides Driver Development support in regions such as South Africa, India, MEENA (Middle East, Europe, and North Africa), South-East Asia, and Japan.

Throughout his product management career, Shayne has successfully led numerous major product commercial launch projects for both Volvo Trucks and UD Trucks. These include the introduction of the UD Quon 8×4, Volvo’s new model range, and the introduction of MD & HD Electric offerings. His management skills, coupled with his deep understanding of the market, have contributed to the success and growth of Volvo Group Australia.
